Objectives:
 

A. To develop the scholars’ strategic thought and the skills of designing national policies.
 

B. To study and analyze the elements of national power in relation to the Jordanian national security.
 

C. To study and assess the strategic issues of national defense and to improve the national methodology of crises management.
 

D. To incorporate political, military, economic and scientific efforts in defense and security issues within a comprehensive national framework.
 

E. To develop the scholars' knowledge in the fields included in the National Defense Program.
 

F. To conduct strategic researches and studies at the national level.
