The RJNDC has a specialized library that is rich in books and reference materials that cover a wide range of subjects to serve the academic curricula and program of all the courses held here. In addition, this library has a great variety of periodicals, both local and foreign, as well as the archives with a large number of different specialized subjects gathered from many sources.

The library has more than 9000 titles with more the 20,000 books, in both Arabic and English, and uses Dewey Decimal system for book classification. It provides the students with its services in a very easy manner by using the computer whether in checking books out or returning them.

The library also uses an electronic archiving system that enables the students to retrieve the necessary information for their studies easily and smoothly. The students have access to this system from their study halls, offices, or any other work site within the College
