His Highness Prince Rashid bin al Hassan, commandant of the special police delivered at the Royal Jordanian National Defense College

 

His Highness Prince Rashid bin al-Hasan, commandant of the special police at the Royal Jordanian National Defense College, met with a delegation of students at the NATO Defense College to head an order college team Chris White Cross and in the presence of the National Defense in presence of Brig. Nasser Al-Mheerat and Directing staff in college where His Highness pointed During his lecture on the role and importance of Jordan at the regional and global levels in the fight against terrorism, extremism and organized crime.

In addition to Jordan's leading role in the policy of His Majesty the Supreme Commandant  of the armed forces, King Abdullah II bin al-Hussein most wise and resolute in combating extremism in all its forms through a common system of action that includes the exchange of information at all levels.

And build strong relations with brotherly and friendly nations based on the unified vision of a moderate world in the face of extremism in all its forms

His Highness also referred to the pivotal role played by the armed forces and security agencies in the fight against terrorism and border control to reduce opportunities for terrorist and criminal organizations that attempt to tamper with regional and international security and stability. Indicating the pivotal role played by the Special Police command of the gendarmerie forces of the Jordanian internal security system.

His Highness the commandant  of the Special police addressed the nexus between criminality and terrorism, which requires intelligence and tactical efforts to overcome the resulting effects. He also outlined the duties and operational capacity of the Special police

At the end of the lecture, a dialogue was held between the two sides, during which His Highness Prince Rashid responded to questions and queries from members of the delegation, which number 100 military and government personalities of different nationalities. In turn, the important role played by Jordan under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II bin al-Hussein in relation the stability of the Middle East region and world peace

At the end of the meeting, he praised the efforts of the general Command of the Jordanian armed forces and the National Defense College to provide an opportunity to meet with the delegation of the Nato Defense College.
