The Royal Jordanian National Defense College (RJNC) today held a celebration Prophet Muhammad’s birthdayfor the Hijri year 1446 AH. The celebration was attended by the college's commandant, the Mufti of the Jordanian Armed Forces, and the head and members of the college's directing staff.

The celebration began with a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. The Mufti of the Jordanian Armed Forces delivered a lecture on the lessons and morals learned from the life of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The ceremony also included a film screening on the Prophet's life and a religious chant commemorating the Prophet's birthday.

The celebration was attended by students in the National Defense Courses and the Master's Program in Strategies for Countering Extremism and Terrorism, as well as a number of NDC officers and non-commissioned officers.
