Thursday The Royal Jordanian National Defense College concluded its Leadership
and Administrative Training Program for Physicians The program, organized by
the college as part of its annual parallel academic programs for a number of
government sectors, was attended by the College's Commandant
In
a speech, the College Commandant expressed his pride in holding such courses,
given their effective contribution to the administrative and strategic
development of Medical Services officers and physicians
He
explained that this program aimed to train a number of physicians from the
Medical Services Directorate in the art of leadership, management, strategic
planning, and risk management, under the supervision of the Jordanian Armed
Forces, represented by the National Defense College
At
the conclusion of the event, the College Commandant distributed certificates to
the course graduates.
It
is noteworthy that the National Defense College is concerned with preparing
leadership elements from various state sectors, both military and civilian, by
studying and analyzing the basic elements that influence national security. It
also trains officers elected from the Jordanian Armed Forces and sister and
friendly countries to occupy important and prominent positions in times of war
and peace. It also educates the various leaderships in the state in the field
of national security and state strategy, and conducts strategic studies on
issues related to national security in the current circumstances
