On Monday The Leadership and Administrative Qualification Program for Physicians was inaugurated at the Royal Jordanian National Defense College  The program is organized by the college as part of the parallel academic programs held annually for a number of government sectors. The program was attended by the Commandant of the National Defense College

 

The program aims to qualify a number of doctors from the Medical Services Directorate in leadership, management, strategic planning, and risk management skills

 

The two-week program includes training through which participants acquire leadership skills and practical experience. It also covers several topics, most notably national security and its basic concepts, the elements of state power, and the challenges and threats facing national security. It also covers the art of leadership and strategic management, the concepts of strategic planning, communication skills, and other topics that serve national security concepts.

 

It is worth noting that the National Defense College is dedicated to preparing leadership elements from various government sectors (military and civilian) by studying and analyzing the basic elements affecting national security.
