On
Wednesday,A symposium titled "Sustainability of Public Sector Finances and
Their Role in Enhancing Jordanian National Security" was held at the Royal
Jordanian National Defense College. The symposium was attended by students in
the 21st Defense Course and the 7th Master's Program in Strategies for
Countering Extremism and Terrorism. The symposium was attended by the
commander, chairman, and members of the diercting staff.
The
symposium, which featured the President of the Jordanian Banks Association, Dr.
Maher Al-Mahrouq; Assistant Secretary-General of the Ministry of Finance, Dr.
Hanadi Al-Rifai; Dr. Khaled Al-Wazani; and Dr. Alaa Al-Tarawneh, aimed to
discuss public financial sustainability and its role in enhancing national
security.
The
symposium addressed preventive and proactive policies that enhance public
financial sustainability and national security, the modularity of government
agreements, public financial sustainability and its impact on national
security, its role in creating a stable and attractive investment environment
in Jordan, and its role in achieving the goals of the Economic Modernization
Vision.
At
the conclusion of the symposium, an extended discussion took place during which
participants answered questions and inquiries from the audience.
