On Tuesday, a symposium was held at the Royal National Defense College entitled "The Role of the Center for Scholars and Research in the Foreign Policy of the Jordanian State" for scholars in the National Defense Course / 20
In the presence of the college commandant, Brigadier General Azzam Al Rawahneh, and the head and members of the college’s directing staff.
The symposium, in which Dr. Saleh Al-Saad, Professor Jamal Al-Shalabi, and Dr. Rene Hattar participated, discussed several axes, most notably the goals of the study and research centers in Jordan, their challenges, the mechanism for their development, the relationship between what these centers produce and the decision-makers in the Jordanian state, and the axis of the success experiences of the centers nationally and internationally.
The symposium aimed to highlight the role of the Studies and Research Center in the foreign policy of the Jordanian state, as the studies and research centers are not just centers for collecting information, but rather centers for producing ideas. For progress and one of the indicators of development and policy-making.
At the end of the symposium, an extensive discussion took place during which the participants answered the scholars questions and inquiries.
