Sunday, Commander of RJNDC, Brigadier General Dr. Awad Al-Tarawneh, inaugurated leadership and administrative qualification program for doctors, which is organized by RJNDC within the parallel academic programs that are held annually in its premises for a number of states sectors. Program aims to qualify a number of doctors from Medical Services Directorate in art of leadership, management and strategic planning under the supervision of JAF represented by RJNDC. Program, which lasts for two weeks, includes a training in which participants acquire leadership skills and practical experience. Program also contains several topics; national security and its basic concepts, elements of state power, challenges and threats to national security, in addition to the concept of leadership art, topic of strategic management, concepts of strategic planning, communication skills, and other topics that serve the concepts of national security. It is noteworthy that RJNDC is interested in preparing leadership elements from various sectors of state (military and civilian) by studying and analyzing basic elements affecting national security, qualifying elected officers from JAF and brotherly and friendly countries to occupy important and prominent positions in times of war and peace and educating various leaders institutions in the country in field of national security and state’s strategy and conducting strategic studies on issues related to national security in current circumstances.
