On Tuesday, His Highness, Deputy Head of the National Center for Security and Crisis Management, Brigadier General Hatem Al-Zoubi, gave a lecture entitled “Crisis Management, “Propaganda Industry”, for students in the 19th National Defense Course, in the presence of the Commander of the National Defense College, Brigadier General Dr. Awad Al-Tarawneh, and the head and members of directing staff. Brigadier General Al-Zoubi said that "propaganda" is the presentation of information with the aim of influencing the target recipient. Propaganda often relies on giving incomplete information, and thus false information is presented by refraining from providing complete information, and it affects people emotionally instead of responding rationally. The Deputy Chairman of the National Center for Security and Crisis Management indicated that since the beginning of the fifties, television has been able to transform the world into a small village. At the end of the lecture, an extensive discussion took place, during which the guest lecturer answered the questions and inquiries of the scholars.
