Retired Brigadier General Dr. Fayez Al-Shadifat gave a lecture entitled "Strategic Management of Human Resources" at the Royal Jordanian National Defense College, For the scholars in 19th courses in the presence of a commander, president and directing of the college. Dr. Fayez Al-Shadifat spoke about strategic management as a series of decisions and actions that lead to the development of an effective strategy or strategies to achieve the objectives of the organization and that the strategic management of human resources is an extension of the concepts and principles of human capital theory, which is based on the basic premise of a difference between individuals in terms of the amount of investment in their skills, experience and abilities. At the end of the lecture, an extended discussion took place during which the guest answered scholar’s questions and inquiries
