Indicating that the development of the concept has kept pace with the development of the physical structure of the e-government from electronic and technological devices and equipment, communications and software in order to simplify procedures, develop services, complete transactions and make decisions and convert them into integrated electronic images after coding and exchange this information between government departments or government administration and citizens or the private sector in a clear framework From transparency and legal legislations and for all the procedures that take place within the governmental decision-making department with the lowest cost, effort and time, and improving performance measurement
