The Egyptian Ambassador Sherif Kamel gave a lecture entitled "Current regional challenges and ways to deal with them", for the scholars of the 18th National Defense Course, presented the Commander, Chairman and members of the directing staff in the college. The ambassador said, "Cooperation between Egypt and Jordan provides a pioneering and successful model for the relationship between the two countries and they strive to work together in various fields, in a way that benefits the two brotherly peoples, contributes to pushing development efforts, raises growth rates, and achieves security and stability at all levels."
