The professor visits the Royal Jordanian National Defense College to give lectures and hold seminars in the field of negotiation at all levels and the best way to achieve the strategic goals of the country through negotiation processes for learners in the defense turn 17, in the presence of the college’s command, the college command Ali al maqabla, and the head and members of the directing staff in the college. The visit continues for a week, as the activities began today, Sunday, with a lecture entitled (Negotiating Concepts for Leadership), in which I dealt with the basics of negotiation and the basic considerations when preparing for negotiation processes by negotiators and mediators and the importance of exploring the culture of the negotiating parties before starting negotiations. At the end of the lecture, questions and inquiries of the students were answered.
