On
Wednesday ,The Royal Jordanian National Defense College concluded the
Leadership, Management, and Strategic Planning Course No. 6 for leaders from
the Royal Medical Services Directorate. The course was organized by the college
as part of its parallel academic programs, held annually for a number of
government sectors. The course was attended by the college's commandant and the
head and members of the Guidance Board.
In his speech, the college commandant highlighted the role
of the Royal Medical Services, which will remain a beacon of pride in the
Kingdom, and its expertise and military medical competencies. He explained that
the course aimed to develop leadership and administrative thinking skills and
develop a human resources strategy for participants. It also trained a number
of Medical Services Directorate personnel in the art of leadership, management,
and strategic planning, under the supervision of the Jordanian Armed Forces,
represented by the National Defense College.
At the end of the ceremony, the commandant of the Royal
Jordanian National Defense College distributed certificates to the
participants.
It is noteworthy that the National Defense College is
concerned with preparing leadership elements from various state sectors
(military and civilian) by studying and analyzing the basic elements
influencing national security. It also trains elected officers from the
Jordanian Armed Forces and sisterly and friendly countries to occupy important
and prominent positions in times of war and peace. It also educates various
state leaders in the field of national security and state strategy, and
conducts strategic studies on issues related to national security in current
circumstances.
The Information Operations Course concluded today,
Wednesday, at the Military Media Training Institute, in the presence of the
Director of Military Media.
The three-week course covered theoretical topics and
practical applications in the field of information operations, including
military media concepts and media campaign management, in addition to planning
and executing operations, psychological operations, civil-military affairs,
strategic communication, military documentation, and its various roles within
the information operations system. It also addressed media and information
education topics and target audience analysis, with the aim of providing a
comprehensive overview of the concept of information operations in the
Jordanian Armed Forces and its associated capabilities and impact.
The course aims to develop participants' skills in planning,
executing, and employing information operations within the Jordanian Armed
Forces' combat doctrine. It also enhances their ability to analyze the
information environment and leverage artificial intelligence and open digital
resources in operational planning, contributing to raising the level of
efficiency and readiness in this field.
At the conclusion of the graduation ceremony, the Director
of Military Media distributed certificates to the graduates.
It is worth noting that the Military Media Training
Institute aims to qualify, train, and prepare media personnel from the ranks of
the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army, security services, and government
employees working in the media field, and to attract students in the field of
military media from sister and friendly armies.
